2018 – The Beginning

Technology Investment
We invested in advanced recycling infrastructure, including our first washline and fiber production systems.
Operations Launched
Started full-scale operations with a recycling capacity of 70 tons per day, marking our entry into large-scale manufacturing.
Capacity Expansion
Enhanced production capacity to 80 TPD and increased washline capacity to 150 TPD for improved efficiency.
Diversification & Sustainability
Expanded into rPP and rHDPE granules and installed an 800 kW solar power system to support sustainable operations.
Rapid Growth
Scaled capacity to 190 TPD, recycling over 6 million plastic bottles daily, strengthening our market position.
Future Expansion
Acquired 18 acres of land in Bhopal and launched Badri Ecopet Pvt. Ltd. to expand next-generation recycling capabilities.
