An rPET recycling company specializes in converting plastic bottles and PET waste into high-quality recycled polyester fiber. Blueocean is a pioneer in India's rPET recycling sector, offering certified fibre grades and advanced recycling facilities that set benchmarks for transparency and sustainable manufacturing.
Collected PET bottles are sorted, washed and shredded into clean flakes. These flakes are melted, filtered and extruded through spinnerets to form filaments, which are then drawn, crimped, cut and baled into recycled polyester staple fibre. See our full process overview.
