Export Manager / Senior Export Executive
As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for driving international business growth and managing end-to-end export operations. This includes handling global client relationships, managing export documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s global presence and achieving export sales targets.
Export Manager Responsibilities
- Handle export inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Build long-term relationships with global buyers and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new export markets.
- Manage complete export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and LC documents.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, RBI/FEMA, and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for smooth shipment execution.
- Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and client updates.
